If you experience a livestock loss, we will gladly replace it or issue a store credit.

The following terms and conditions apply to our livestock guarantee:

  • Strictly Fish Miami will issue a store credit for the purchase amount of the livestock that is dead on arrival (DOA). This credit is for livestock and does not cover shipping cost.
  • Losses must be reported to Strictly Fish Miami within 2 hours of receiving the livestock. Please email the customer service department Info@strictlyfishmiami.com.
  • Remember to unpack and acclimate livestock as soon as your shipment arrives. For proper acclimation procedures visit our website.
  • If you’re happy with your purchase from Strictly Fish Miami, please feel free to leave a comment.
